AI & Machine Learning Recruiting Firm
recruiting404 is a direct hire search firm in Princeton, NJ. We run retained and contingent searches for AI Transformation and Machine Learning teams, and for the sales, marketing, engineering, construction, legal and finance roles around them. We learn what the role has to deliver and the culture it sits in, then put forward the people who fit both.
Bringing innovation to life
with elite tech hiring
Companies move fast and the right hire keeps them moving. We bring candidates with real industry depth, most of them not on the market, and we work with you to define the role before the first resume lands. The result is a shortlist you can act on, not a stack to sort.
