  • Has 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and is comfortable managing both clients and candidates 
  • Is motivated by performance-based earnings and enjoys the challenge of a commission-driven role 
  • Thrives in an independent work environment, where you set your own goals and timelines 
  • Has a passion for AIMachine Learning, and Cybersecurity, and wants to play a key role in connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies 
  • Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage their own desk effectively 

Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates and gaining clients
  • Experience with client management and business development
  • Strong understanding of AIMachine Learning, and Cybersecurity industries (or willingness to learn quickly) 
  • Book of Business 
  • Ability to work independently and manage a 360 desk 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles 
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (such as PCRecruiter
  • Established network in the tech space 
  • Experience with recruiting for high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of talent sourcing tools and techniques to find hard-to-reach candidates
