- Has 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and is comfortable managing both clients and candidates

Must-Haves:
- 8+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates and gaining clients
- Experience with client management and business development
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity industries (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Book of Business
- Ability to work independently and manage a 360 desk
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (such as PCRecruiter)
- Established network in the tech space
- Experience with recruiting for high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of talent sourcing tools and techniques to find hard-to-reach candidates
